A new poll of 100 foreign policy experts shows most believe we're losing the war on terror and we're less safe because of Iraq. 64% of CONSERVATIVE experts do NOT support the Iraq troop surge. A new report by the National Intelligence Estimate tells us the Iraqi government is strained by rampant violence, deep sectarian differences and stymied leadership.
